Getting older doesn't mean accepting falls, stiffness or loss of independence as inevitable. Our elderly rehabilitation and falls & balance service brings experienced, NHS-trained physiotherapy directly to your home in Leeds — helping you move more safely, recover confidence after a fall or illness, and stay independent for longer.

Who this service is for

  • Anyone experiencing falls, near-falls, or a fear of falling

  • Recovering from a hospital stay, illness, or period of reduced mobility

  • Living with balance difficulties, muscle weakness, or unsteady walking

  • Family carers looking for a professional home safety and mobility assessment for a loved one

What's included in a home visit

  • Full assessment of strength, balance, walking pattern and falls risk

  • A personalised, progressive exercise programme you can build on between visits

  • Practical home safety advice — stairs, floors, lighting, and equipment such as rails or frames

  • Guidance for family members on how to support your recovery safely

  • Ongoing review and progression as your strength and confidence improve

Pricing

  • Initial assessment: £80

  • 6-session package: £400

  • 8-session package: £500

Package pricing works out more cost-effective per session than paying visit-by-visit, and sessions can be spaced to suit your recovery. Get in touch for an exact quote based on your needs and location within Leeds.
